You /The Company- refers to the person or company who has booked Luke Winslade and any of his
services.
On-site/ work/the job/ event- refers to the place where the work is taking place.
1 Day= 1-12hours
Food and drink
Pd’s at an agreed amount of £35/day for food and drink (London £45)
with a breakdown of £10 breakfast £10lunch £15 Dinner (£25 for London dinner)
In the case of food tokens, these must provide a substantial meal option of at lest 3 meals per day.
Water/ access to fresh drinking water must be available whilst on-site.
Travel
Any public or private transport cost is to be covered in full or at an agreed amount per day/trip.
Fuel charge of £45p per mile
+10p per mile for each extra person
+10p per mile for transporting equipment
Work/Job cancellation agreement for 19 days or less booked
If the job is cancelled less than 24 hours prior A full rate of pay will be charged.
Work cancelled with less than 48hr notice A full rate of pay will be charged.
If cancelled 73 hours prior, a 50% charge will be charged.
If work is cancelled at any time during the planned duration of the event or the time we were
booked on it, the company will be charged the full rate of pay for the number of days previously
booked.
Any discounts applied will be removed and added back to the invoice if late payment occurs.
For bookings lasting 20 days or more
Booking cancelled 7 days or less prior full amount will be charged.
Booking cancelled 16 -8 days prior, 60% will be charged.
Booking cancelled 4-2 weeks prior 25% will be charged.
If any days of work are cancelled at any time during the duration of the event, the company will be
charged the full rate of pay for the number of days originally booked.
Invoices sent prior to booked dates.
A 20% deposit must be paid before the work begins.
If the job is cancelled after acceptance of the Quote from anyone in the company you must pay a
20% fee of the total amount of the invoice (The Deposit payment does not count as paying this fee).
Payment termsAny discounts applied will be removed and added back to the invoice for calculating fees and
interest if late payment occurs.
Payments are to be paid within 30 days of receiving the invoice (unless otherwise agreed in writing).
Late payment fee a flat charge of:
£40 for depts up to £999.99
£70 for depts from £1,000 to £9,999.99
£1000 for depts over £10, 000
with an 8% plus England base rate of business-to-business transactions.
Refusal of terms is only acceptable in written form via email with the title "Terms"
